I am applying for HMRC to review the tax I’ve paid from 2016-2020 and applying to have any overpaid tax paid back to me via Tax2u Ltd.

If you are due a tax return, Tax2u Ltd will charge 26% + vat of the total tax rebate or £30+vat per return, whatever is the highest amount. The minimum charge will be £30+vat for each return made and this charge will be deducted from the total rebate amount. If there is no tax rebate that there will be no charge from Tax2u Ltd.
If I am due a tax rebate, I claim and unconditionally assign repayment of the amount overpaid by me for 2016/17, 2017/18 and 2018/19 2019-20 to Tax2u Ltd. I authorise HMRC to disclose individual PAYE & SA Information to Tax2u Ltd (HMRC agent code: 2075SF)
